Tbh I grabbed this device more for curiosity than real expectations. Pleasantly surprised! The rolling motion feels like a pro is kneading out the tension, and the warmth from the red light makes it extra comfy. I’ve been using it on my arms, and after a week they do feel a little less puffy.
